I have worked in real estate in the Chapel Hill/Durham area for over 30 years, starting as a residential custom home builder.  On the job site, I gained valuable experience with the many aspects of construction.  When viewing a home, I can assess structural, workmanship and building code issues.

 

Since graduating from UNC Law School in 1977, I have been practicing as a real estate attorney handling closings, contracts, negotiations and litigation.  I represent my clients the way I would like to be treated.  If I were looking for an agent, I would want an honest, reliable, knowledgeable person who would protect my interests and help me make informed decisions.

 

In 2008, I founded Mint Realty to provide high quality service to clients.  If you are selling, I can customize a market plan for your property to maximize exposure to potential qualified buyers with professional photography, staging and networking.

 

Mint Realty provides full service property management with a personal touch; marketing and showing the property, vetting tenants, collecting rents and arranging maintenance.
